Got a request from mamabearssims, who asked for a small bakery that could be run as a business.
Has functional shelves for baked goods, 2 bathrooms, a small dining area, and a kitchen. There is a door in the back that will allow sims to access the kitchen/counter area, but it’s not visible in the picture. Uses a lot of Veranka's converted TS3 items, because let’s be honest, they’re pretty fantastic.
Part 1 of my 300+ followers gift is finally here! The lot pictured in my preview I showed a while back will also be up for download at some point, I just haven’t gotten around to taking pictures of it yet.
This is a made-over version of the international restaurant from Bluewater Village. I kept most of the original walls because I liked the layout, but the interior has been completely redesigned; I’m quite happy with how it turned out. Hope you guys like it too!
Part 2 of my 300 followers gift! Unfurnished semi-detached houses (house?) for your sims. I really wanted to decorate them, but I’m 80% sure the furnishings vanish once you move a family into an apartment, so I left them empty to prevent a lot of hard work from vanishing instantly.
Made over a maxis lot from Veronaville into an apartment building with a communal kitchen, living/dining room, as well as a pool. Works well as a place for spares to live in legacy/challenge neighbourhoods.
There are 4 unfurnished apartments that can be rented; 2 smaller apartments that cost somewhere around 400 simoleons, and 2 larger apartments that cost around 600 simoleons. The smaller apartments have 1 room + 1 bathroom, and the larger ones have 2 rooms + 1 bathroom.
I have tested the lot to ensure that both playable sims and npcs can use the communal kitchen, all objects in the living/dining room, the ladders leading upstairs, and the pool.
Pictures will be posted throughout the week. Enjoy. :]
Hello everyone! For a think tank class I’m taking this semester, we were supposed to make some non-commissioned art that “pushes boundaries” and is something outside of our major (illustration for me).
So I built this house. The file size is fairly big (70 MB) for reasons I do not know. More pictures will be up over the weekend. Enjoy!
